Dom Carlo. Restaurants Moscow

Dom Carlo (“Carlo’s Home”) is a new and expensive Italian restaurant of Ginza Project. The historical villa of count Orlov became “home” for Carlo Grecu – a famous chef from Sardinia, who worked with Alain Ducasse in Monaco and legendary Paul Bocuse in Lyon.

The central point of the kitchen is authentic Italian wood-fired brick oven, where they cook not only pizza, but most of the mains, including chef’s special baked goatling. The menu offers many antipasto dishes: crab salad with tomatoes and avocado, grilled squids with fried artichokes, corn salad with goat cheese and beet root and so on. Average bill is over 4000 rubles.
