Rulet. Restaurants Moscow

Rulet is a new gastropub on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. They have one of the youngest and most progressive Moscow chefs Timur Abuzyarov, who mixes French, Russian, Asian and Italian culinary traditions. The most advisable options are bruschetta with shrimps and avocado in soy caramel (320 rubles), warm salad with quail, pumpkin and ceps (570 rubles), beetroot gazpacho with salmon tartare and sour cream mousse (350 rubles), duck leg confit with polenta and dried apricot covered with truffle foam (750 rubles) and scallops with parsnip parmentier and vanilla and saffron sauce (620 rubles). The wine list is very reasonably priced and one can by a bottle of wine to go with a considerable discount.
