New restaurants
The owners of Kalina Bar opened Kalina Café – another restaurant of the same idea, but more creative and less expensive – the average bill here is 1500 rubles. The chef is Michele Lanzani, his menu is based on Italian classics and creative dishes. Try langoustine-strawberry-wasabi tartare, black-truffle-and-radicchio soufflé, tagliatelle with salmon cream, vodka and caviar.
