Tchaikovsky Cafe

Tchaikovsky is a café opened by Arkadii Novikov in Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. The style of the new place is naturally XIX century classic: terracotta columns, mirrors, marble staircases, leather and velvet sofas. Big showcase demonstrates fresh baked pastries – croissants, brioches and pies. The chef recommends veal cheeks with steamed pearl barley porridge, cooked beef tongue with mashed potatoes and buckwheat porridge with pleurotus and champignons.

On Sundays the café hosts balls for children. During classes dedicated to XIX century culture they learn to dance classic dances, play old-time games, learn about Russian composers and artists, decorate postcards.
