Café Brocard

Café Brocard has been recently opened in the grounds of Design Factory Flacon. The new café plays with the perfumery theme. Firstly, it’s named after the French perfumer Henri Brocard. Secondly, the menu is designed in a special way: each dish has a basis and additional ingredients, from which you compose the final variation like a perfumer composes a fragrance from different odours. The interior style is combined from classic French café and high tech design elements, huge air channels remind of Parisian Centre Pompidou.
