New restaurants
“Jan Primus” opened the third restaurant in Baumanskaya area. The interior of the new “Jan Primus” highlights the style of the ancient Moscow villa it’s situated in. The atmosphere of antiquity is created with massive wooden furniture, big long-case clocks and old-fashioned utensils. On the menu you will find the same Belgian dishes as in other restaurants of the chain: rabbit meat steamed in white wine with French plum; traditional Belgian flatbread with bacon, mushrooms, meat or smoked salmon; lamb shin steamed in pepper sauce; pork baked in black beer with apples and honey crust.
