New restaurants
“Montalto” is the latest project of Isaac Correa, famous for his “Correa’s” café chain. The idea of the place is New-York-style pizzeria with very special pizza created by the “Upside Down Cake” chef Suki Maman. The dough is thick, typical for US pizza, the toppings are: scallops, bacon and fennel; aubergine and caramelized onion with home-made sausages and mozzarella; pear, goat cheese and pistachios - and others.
Besides pizza, on the menu you’ll find traditional Italian antipasti, salads and main courses - all of them cooked or served in unusual way. Panna cotta tastes like bubble gum, tiramisu is made with Limoncello. The prices are reasonable: pizza is 280-590 rubles.
