Bellini

Bellini is a new Italian restaurant in Rublyovka area. The place is decorated in antique style, with columns, statues and fresco paintings. Italian chef – Francesco Castorina – prefers light food with no cream or butter. He believes that any dish must have only three components – the main ingredient, the sauce and the garnish. The wine list is arranged by Svetlana Bajsarova (Cantinetta Antinori, Dju-Dju, Baku).
