New restaurants
Julia Vysotskaya – famous Russian actress and cooking show star – opened her own restaurant named Iornik. The place is decorated with interesting things that Julia brought from different countries – for example, silver milk jugs she bought in a flea market in London. The food in Iornik is cooked from local farm products. The chef is Daniel Phippard. He prefers season dishes and believes in simple but creative style of cooking. On the menu you will find tuna tartar with an egg yolk and soy-bean caramel (510 rubles), warm salad with crayfish, smoked bacon and shallot (540 rubles), salmon with artichokes and ham (780 rubles), cherry Martini with doughnuts and vanilla ice-cream (470 rubles).
