New restaurants
Chalet Berezka is a new country restaurant situated in Usovo – a township in prestigious Rublyovka area. The interior outplays the Alpine style: there are two massive fireplaces, wooden floor and big wooden tables. The menu includes Asian, Jewish and European dishes. The chef recommends grilled aubergine with yoghurt sauce or Chili sea-buss ceviche with beet-root and small radish as a starter, spicy umbles in Jerusalem style or steamed duck pestle as a main course and apple strudel for dessert.
The bar list was arranged by Alexey Mochnov - the champion of Europe and Russia among bartenders. There, besides world cocktail hits, there are some of his own mixes, like Fusion Moscow with American whiskey and fresh raspberry and mint or non-alcoholic Shelkhovichnyj Sling from fresh water melon and blackberry. The entertaining program includes classic Hollywood films, sports broadcasting, live jazz and piano concerts.
