New restaurants
Olivetta is a new project of famous Russian restaurant-keeper Kirill Gusev and Comedy Club showman Gavr. The former Italian restaurant Osteria Olivetta turned into a place of fashion. The hall is decorated with portraits of Gavr Gordeev, Olga Orlova, Tatiana Gevorkyan, Boris Krasnov Dmitrij Malikov, Alika Smekhova, Julia Kovalchuk, Masha Tsygal, Valerij Syutkin and other famous people.
Dmitrij Zotov, the chef of the place, divided the menu into three parts - Terra, Mare and Atmosphere. Most dishes are composed and served very unusually: salmon carpaccio goes with pop corn and smoked mozzarella, panna cotta is made from goat cheese.
The Atmosphere menu includes board and computer games. If necessary, the managers of Olivetta will remind you the rules or even keep you company.
