New restaurants
Asparagus Group (Mon Café, Prado Café, Sorry Babushka, Stakan, Isterika, Asia Hall) started a new project - Asian casual dining café Aziatka. Wooden screens divide the restaurant into several areas. Along the panoramic window there is a long table stylized as a bar counter. Light wooden furniture contrasts with bright red decorations. Aziatka works as a self-service place: one pays for the chosen dishes, takes the number of the order and waits for the food at one’s table.
The chef Jack Wong adjusted here traditional Asian recipes according to the Moscow preferences and added some creative dishes. One shouldn’t miss spicy salmon carpaccio with arugula, garlic and chili pepper, Chinese wontons, Japanese gyoza, salad with beef and lychee, Chinese burger with pork and rice bread, Indonesian chicken soup and different dim sums. For breakfast Asiatka offers rice porridge with chicken, vegetables or seafood, ham-and-cheese sandwiches, toasts with coconut jam, omelette with tomatoes and shiitake and the specialty of the place - fried eggs in the shape of a heart.
