Noodles

Noodles is a kosher restaurant in the Kitaj-Gorog area. The idea of the place is to venerate traditions, but at the same time to create new flavors of kosher food. The laws of kashrus are treated not as restrictions, but as an impulse to creativity.

Aside from traditional hummus and gefilte fish, there are usual dishes like burgers or baked lamb with beans. Noodles as a dish also fill a remarkable place on the menu despite the fact that the restaurant was named not after the food, but after one of the characters of Once Upon a Time in America.
