New restaurants
Galina Duving (the owner of U Dzhuseppe, Italianets, Baba Marta, Vinoteca Dissident and Loft) opened another Italian restaurant – inexpensive Milan-style Osteria Numero Uno, which is open 24 hours.
The chef Antonio Baratto is famous for his long-term work in Arkadij Novikov’s Sirena. Now he guides pizzaiolo Gianluca and pastaiolo Giovanni, who work in the open kitchen. The most interesting dishes are ravioli with Ricotta cheese and spinach, soup with tomatoes and basil served in a bread, risotto with rabbit ragout and pizza Delicato with Mozarella, apples and Pancetta. Antonio Baratto says: “In Osteria Numero Uno I want to show what my mother and grandmother cooked. I want to prove, that simple Italian food is worth paying attention no less than haute cuisine”.
All the dishes in Osteria Numero Uno are available for delivery. The cost depends on the destination (they have three rates: Neighborhood, Sadovoe Ring and MKAD).
