New restaurants
Restorannyj Sindikat, one of the top Russian restaurant companies, opened a new place - khinkalnaya Horosho Sidim. “Khinkalnaya” is a traditional Georgian restaurant where they make khinkali - meat-filled dumplings. Horosho Sidim is an inexpensive place with Georgian cuisine.
There are smoking and no-smoking areas, both of them have free wi-fi. The chef is Elena Dikovskaya, who used to work in Kavkazskaya Plennitsa and Kabanchik. In Horosho Sidim Elena and her team cook on traditional Georgian frying pan - ketsi, make kebabs, khachapuri, achma and all kinds of khinkali boiled and fried. There are also home-made desserts - lezghinka, Georgian baklava, churchkhela with walnuts. Traditional liqueurs are another specialty of the place: here one can try chacha, guavasteen cornelian cherry and apricot vodka with pepper and honey. All the dishes can be taken to go.
