New restaurants
Antrekot (“entrecote” or “rib steak”) is a new meat house situated on Teatralny Passage. It is a combination of premium meat creatively served by the chef Dmitrij Zotov, spices from New Orleans, the atmosphere of an expensive French restaurant and good location (in the building of the Metropol hotel). On the menu one will find Australian marble meat Tajima and US Black Angus. The meat is flavoured with a special mixture of spices - both the recipe and the spices were brought from New Orleans by Dmitrij himself. The most interesting dish is pastrami beef: the meat is marinaded in spices during a week, then smoked and baked.
