Gastronom. Restaurants Moscow

Kirill Gusev and Anatoly Komm opened a brasserie named Gastronom. The interior was decorated by Elena Turina in the style of expensive southern hotels – with panoramic windows, lots of air and light, fair colors and natural materials.

The chef Anatoly Komm created for this project a mixed all-over-the-world menu: rolls with dressed herring, beefburger with mustard mousse and foie-gras, Hong-Kong noodles with beef and sweet pepper, Chili sea-bass with baked fennel. But if you look for Komm’s famous hi-tech creative cuisine, see the section “Ice-cream for adults”. For example, walnut ice-cream is served with pomegranate jelly and rolls of turkey fillet, being cooked in a low-temperature oven during four hours - they really melt in one’s mouth.
