New restaurants
Beeftro is a co-project of Monaco restaurant group and the owners of Moscow restaurants Il Forno, Limoncino and Fornetto. The place copies the style of French bistros of 1930s. The menu is arranged around steaks. Steaks here are made from organic American Black Angus Prime beef. Apart from typical types of steaks, Beeftro offers French steak Bavette and La Tagliata that is served cut in bands similar to Italian pasta – tagliatelle. As a side dish to a steak Beeftro recommends mashed potatoes with different flavors – truffle, mint, wasabi, smoked Mexican pepper and so on. The most interesting in the wine list are home-made draft wines divided into three categories: First Class, Business Class and Tourist Class.
