New restaurants
Kill Bill is a new sushi bar, dedicated to the famous movie. The waitresses are dressed like Japanese school girls, the hall is decorated with swards, statuettes and original furniture brought here from Japan. The chef is Eugene Puk famous for the restaurant Yoko. His most impressive dish is Volcano – warm rolls with smoked eel sauce. The menu also offers usual Moscow rolls - from Philadelphia with tuna and crab to Alaska with salmon and eel. Besides, there is a wide range of seafood: mussels, shell-fish, scallops, octopus, Japanese squids and amberjacks. Dishes are served in unusual plates that look like sea-shells.
In the middle of the day one can take a lunch set here – Japanese, meat or vegetarian one. Desserts in Kill Bill are made by the pastry chef of Yoko. Non-alcoholic drinks include Japanese tea with blueberry, raspberry or strawberry, milk shakes and home-made lemonades.
