Bison

New steakhouse Bison is a pointedly masculine place. The interior is impressive: carefully renovated century old brick arched ceilings, imitation of rock engraving of famous Altamira caves, leather furniture and hefty bar with massive stone grey counter. There are two separate halls for big groups. The menu is laconic with focus on steaks; apart from rib-eye and fillet-mignon they have “manly” steaks made from unusual cuts, with interesting texture and bright taste. Also on the menu: Bison salad with roast beef (590 rubles), scallop seviche (560 rubles), oxtail soup (530 rubles). On working days from 12.00 till 4 p.m. they have 20% discount. Another good thing is free Wi-Fi.
