New restaurants
Bazaar Bar is a co-project of Maison Dellos and Harper’s Bazaar. The interior combines classic style with fashionable details: dimmed lights with bright focus on the bar, red brick walls, cut-glass chandeliers, heavy shelves full of books. The menu is laconic and mostly consists of salads, rolls and burgers. The bar list is conversely extensive and includes either traditional, or creative mixes. The most popular cocktails here are the ones made with berries and fruits, ginger, litchi, basil and unusual ingredients, like exotic spices from Hong Kong. Women’s top favorite is Trenazhor - cocktail made from vodka, wild strawberry puree, passion fruit syrup and covered with mango mousse. As for music, in the evenings they play lounge, later followed by mash-up suitable for dancing.
