New restaurants
Anatoly Komm has headed the kitchen in Varvary Brasserie that was opened on the second floor of internationally well-known restaurant Varvary. New menu of Varvary Brasserie is a compromise between currently central and traditional cuisine. The dish list includes such popular items as spaghetti and lasagna, burgers and rolls. Spaghetti is made with artichokes and bottarga, home-made pasta is served in a head of cheese. Besides, there are okroshka with crabs, Russian-style rolls “Dressed Herring” and Varvar-burger with two kinds of premium beef. And the last but not the least - dishes from Varvary's 'Gastronomic Show'.
