New restaurants
Rushotel has now a place where participants of conferences or team building programs can rest – have a relaxing dinner, dance or listen to some music. The new restaurant is called Columbus Lounge, it also functions as a banquet hall – it can be a suitable place, for example, for a wedding reception. The restaurant is decorated by English designers, who combined velvet and leather, a fireplace and a big fish tank and made the place cosy and trendy at the same time. In summer Columbus Lounge opens a BBQ Terrace viewing a fountain and serve there grilled ribs, steaks and vegetables. Midnight is the time when karaoke program starts and then a DJ plays till 5 a.m. The menu is mostly European, with good choice of fish, oysters and hot meat dishes from Australian beef. There are also some unusual combinations, like smoked duck served with avocado and pear and mango chutney or pork medallions with potato strudel.
