Khachapuri

The third café Khachapuri has been opened on Shlyuzovaya Embankment. It’s the biggest of all three cafes and has a river view. Now they have only a summer verandah that can seat up to 150 people and a summer kitchen with authentic Georgian oven for lavash baking, wood stove for khachapuri and a big grill for kebabs, fish and vegetables. The main hall of the restaurant with huge greenhouse-style windows is planned to be finished by the end of the summer. The chain has a live talisman – a lamb called Tolik, he has his own small house and a lawn here, in the third cafe. The most popular specialties of the menu are khinkali, lobio, ajapsandali, chakapuli and other Georgian dishes in chef’s creative interpretation.
