Fish. Restaurants Moscow

A beach restaurant named Fish was opened on Tarasa Shevchenko embankment. The project was guided by several major Moscow restaurant-owners at the same time: Kirill Gusev undertook the management and the gastronomic part, Alexander Zaturinskiy and Boris Zarkov provided the atmosphere imitating the famous Nikki Beach. On working days guests of Fish enjoy their cocktails listening to unobtrusive house music and watching ships passing by. At the weekend Fish hosts all-night-long dancing parties.

The lower deck is divided into two areas – the bar zone with 20-meters long bar and 60s style furniture and the restaurant with a wall of aquariums. The chef is Izekelle Barbuto, who skillfully combines authentic Italian cuisine with his own creative style. The menu of Fish is mostly Italian, with focus on seafood delicacies and obvious Asian influence. Here one can try swordfish, ruffe, crabs, lobsters, sea urchin and more than 20 other fish kinds. Apart from carpaccio, risotto and pasta they have sushi, sashimi and rolls.
