Barry White

Konstantin Ivlev, famous for GQ Bar and Luciano, opened a new café named Barry White near the White House. The menu could be a presentation of “the new Russian cuisine”, combined from European and Pan Asian dishes: cappuccino from morels and truffles, black risotto with seafood, salmon stewed in Champagne sauce and served on spinach, sea-bass carpaccio with sun-dried tomatoes and black olives puree, beef tataki served on fresh cucumber noodles. The interior is typical for expensive Moscow restaurants: cream-colored linen and velvet couches, plasterwork, Italian chandeliers, huge mirrors. There is a karaoke hall and two VIP-rooms for private events. The terrace opens on the park of the White House and the Moskva river.
