New American restaurant The Pink Cadillac occupies almost a thousand square meters area. The spacious, multilevel interior was decorated by several designers from the US. The point of focus is a pink 1958 Cadillac Coupe de Ville, built from the parts that were collected from all the States of America.
The cuisine of The Pink Cadillac is based on three principles: big helpings, traditional American recipes and high quality food. The hits of the menu are Blue Bison Steak Salad (flank steak, blue cheese, caramelized pecan and strawberries), New England Clam Chowder (thick clam broth), Bean Mobile burrito and Tres Leche – classic Mexican cake with three kinds of milk. There are two bars – an “alcoholic bar" with long cocktail list and a “milk bar" that offers milk-shakes and lemonades. As for entertainment, they have an impressive variety: disco parties and comedy shows at weekends, magic tricks, dancing waiters, quiz games, Sony Playstation 3, rodeo and kids’ entertainment.
