Serafina Restaurant Group was conceived when Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato made a pact while traumatically lost at sea. The two friends agreed to open a restaurant serving the best pizza and pasta in the world if they were to survive the ordeal. In 1995, they fulfilled their promise by launching the highly acclaimed Serafina Fabulous Pizza. Following the success of their first location, they have gone on to open Serafina Fabulous Grill, Serafina Osteria, Serafina Broadway, Serafina at The Time Hotel, Serafina East Hampton, Serafina Philadelphia, Serafina White Plains, Serafina Upper West and Serafina San Paulo in Brazil.
Serafina Moscow is located in the center of a business district near the White House, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and several hotels. Attracting professionals, young people and families, Serafina Moscow offers everyone a delicious Italian menu served in an energetic environment complete with upbeat music and modern video screens featuring popular fashion runway shows. The walls are decorated with graffiti style art created by Italian painter Michela Martello while the large open bar area is energized by the nearby exposed pizza oven area. The outdoor patio is covered with white cloth giving diners a whimsical feeling while dining al fresco.
Russians, ex-pats and tourists can enjoy signature Serafina items like truffle pizza, spinach & goat cheese salad and warm lasagna. The extensive menu includes over 20 thin crust pizzas, healthy grilled fish and meats, homemade pasta and fresh salads.
