Pilot

Pilot – one of the most famous Moscow bars of 1990s – has been opened again. Now the updated project is guided by Anatoliy Lyapidevskiy (the art director of Maison Dellos) and Mikhail Muhtasipov (Mon Café, Prado, Bar 7). The interior of Pilot combines red brick walls, cut-glass candelabrums, heavy book shelves and magnificent view on the Moskva River. Mixologist Dmitriy Palehin who used to work in Manon created an unusual bar list with cocktails sweet and tasty as desserts. The most advisable are Mon Cheesecake and Tiramisu with creamy cheese and vanilla mousse.
