Tsytsyla

Tsatsyla is the latest opening of Ginza Project. The restaurant offers Georgian cuisine, and its name is the Georgian word for chicken. Tsatsyla is situated on Minskaya Street, between the Pobedy Park and Moscow State University. The chief advantage of the place is the terrace gradually changing into a park area on the bank of a lake, with sling-chairs, hammocks, tennis tables and a playground. The menu presents all the popular Georgian dishes – delicate kebabs, spicy lobio and various shashliks. Special page is left for chicken – cooked, grilled and stuffed in different ways. Besides, there are several Uzbek specialties, like chebureki, manty and pilau.
