Don’t Tell Mama. Restaurants Moscow

The interior of the new bar Don’t Tell Mama was created by the well-known Megre Interiors. The result is interestingly decorated space with mirror mosaic on the ceiling, fashionable brick walls and antique mirrors. The chef is Viktor Lobzin – Adrian Quetglas’s mentee. He offers his guests Cru Salad with shrimps, Feta cheese and watermelon and white gazpacho with shrimp tartar. There is a special page on the menu filled with different kinds of pelmeni. Rabbit pelmeni with morel and tomato sauce are particularly recommended. Other signature dishes of Don’t Tell Mama are home-made sausage with apple puree and cabbage, saffron risotto with lobster, sturgeon with potato and mushroom ragout and pheasant cutlets with fried vegetables and cranberry sauce.
