New restaurants
Vladimir Perelman, the creator of Barbara Bar, opened a city café named I Like Bar. It is a family place with sofas, big tables, homelike interior and all-season terrace. White wine and hookahs for women, whiskey and cigars for men, milk-shakes and hot chocolate for kids and board games for family time. On Saturdays they have music parties called “Funky Time!” The menu of I Like Bar is eclectic – Georgian phali and Buffalo wings, home-made pappardelle and wok dishes. The most popular items are fried veal liver with crispy vegetables, pike cutlets with mashed potatoes, red caviar and spinach sauce and Singapore-style noodles with shrimps and chicken breast. Breakfast menu is available all day long and includes hot waffles with maple syrup and kefir with strawberry puree.
