New restaurants
Well-known pastry cook Nina Gudkova (Friends Forever, Favorite, I Love Cake) now works in a new place named Conversation – a café on Bolshaya Nikitskaya. The interior combines wooden furniture, cosy sofas and brick walls covered with graffiti. The dessert display lures with cupcakes, frozen desserts and especially popular low-cal Popcicle – sweet ice that tastes like cheesecake. For those who need a real meal they have home-made pasta, sandwiches, salads and seasonal dishes like pumpkin soup. But the signature theme of Conversation is cakes: Captain America (honey biscuits, boiled condensed milk, light kefir mousse and fresh berries), Rocky Road Cake (soft chocolate cake with yoghurt mousse, hazelnuts and marshmallows), Superwoman Cake (soft cake with milk chocolate pudding and fresh berries) and others. All cakes can be ordered for a home celebration.
