Vegetarian café Fresh was opened on Bolshaya Dmitrovka. The founder of the restaurant Ruth Tal has already opened three places with the same name in Toronto. The mission of Fresh is to prove that vegetarian food can be satisfying, energizing, and crave-able. All the food is made daily in-house, from whole, natural ingredients, and juices are made right before the guests’ eyes. The menu is totally vegan friendly and ranges from comfort food classics, like burgers, fries & onion rings, to new superfood staples like raw zucchini noodles, steamed greens, and quinoa and kale salads.
