New restaurants
La Bottega Siciliana is a new project of Semifreddo Group (Semifreddo Milinazzo, Academia, Il Giorno, Klava Bar). This place is dedicated to Sicilian cuisine and includes a pizzeria and an ice-cream café. All the chefs here came from Italy: Claudio Pirovano is from Rimini, pizza chef Giuseppe Peluso is from Naples, pastry chef Salvo di Salvo is from Sicily. Brand chef of the project is Nino Graziano – irreplaceable chef of Semifreddo Mulinazzo, one of the few Moscow restaurants that got into the S.Pellegrino top list. The open kitchen of La Bottega Siciliana allows watching the process of grilling steaks, making pasta and baking pizza. Many details of the interior were brought here from Sicily. Picture windows look to The Bolshoy Theatre and the Revolyutsii Square.
