New restaurants
Terrine is a new place with fusion cuisine located near Park Kultury. The ground floor is occupied with a coffee house where one can have a freshly baked quiche, a tarte or a cake. On the first floor there is a restaurant decorated like a private library – with high book stacks and cozy armchairs. The chef Nikolay Shestukhin believes in Slow Food style and organic food. His signature dishes are duck terrine with pistachios, dried cherry and tomatoes (440 rubles), spinach minestrone (350 rubles) and risotto with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes (520 rubles).
