Konstantin Ivlev, known for being a founder of so-called new Russian cuisine, opened a new restaurant named Parus. The main idea of the new place according to the chef is honesty: big open kitchen, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. On the menu new Russian cuisine goes together with Italian dishes, there is also a special menu for kids. In the morning in Parus one can have pastry, porridge and coffee – or take it all to go.
