New restaurants
New restaurant Rybka (‘little fish’) was opened in a little street off Stary Arbat. The first floor with a huge aquarium and sea-themed show-cases is reminiscent of a fish market, but without unpleasant smells and loud sounds. Lobsters, crayfish, king crabs, mussels, oysters, scallops, shrimps, sea-bass and turbot, lemon sole, sea-urchin and goosefish – Rybka offers fish-lovers all kinds of treat. The head chef is Bruno Marino, whose signature serving is crudo and seviche. The focus of the second floor is a decorator aquarium with exotic tropical fish.
