One of Arkady Novikov's latest openings is Chips – restaurant, bar and club on Kuznetsky Most. Contemporary cool modern décor is complemented with several old-fashioned details. Upcoming dining area extension is a rooftop terrace. The focus of the menu is grilled meat. The chef Sergey Kondakov works with local food and uses old French and Italian recipes. The important part of the menu is today's specials that depend on freshly delivered food – fish and meats. The chef especially recommends different sorts of khachapuri baked in a wood-burning oven, warm salad with artichokes, zucchini and mushrooms, calf liver and jerked beef.
