New restaurants
N-house advertises itself as a place with best ingredients, creative recipes and unusual serving. Lots of attention is paid to the house special sauces – poppy seed sauce with apple cider and agave, “Green sauce” with wasabi, ginger and coriander and “Raspberry Vinaigrette”. Turbot is stuffed with scallops, shrimps and leek and served with a side of baked Dutch potatoes. Venison Bourguignon is cooked with juniper berry Demi-glace. The best place to eat all this is the elaborate winter garden seating area. On Sundays N-house hosts brunches and gastronomic parties.
