Zolotoy Kozlyonok

Kirill Gusev, the man behind Restoranny Sindikat, opened his 20th establishment named Zolotoy Kozlyonok. It is a Tuscany-style trattoria – delicious, cosy and reasonably-priced. There is no permanent menu: each day the head chew writes the names of the day’s dishes with a chalk on the slate board – in Italian. One of the house specials is Tuscany-style goatling being stewed with herbs for several hours and then baked with vegetables – asparagus, shallot, sweet peppers, potatoes and red onions. There are also some vegetarian options, such as risotto with porcini and artichokes baked with herbs and parmesan.
