Bistronomia

The new project Bistronomia includes a restaurant, a patisserie and a gourmet grocery. The head chef is Michelin-starred Marc de Passorio – a member of 17 Gault Millaut expert board. The pastry-chef is experienced Veronika Gorina (Vanil, Uley, Correas, Balkon, Buono, Galereya). The menu features a nice variety of French, Russian and Italian dishes and prix-fixe tasting sets. From time to time the restaurant hosts chocolate making classes, tea ceremonies and themed parties.
