New restaurants
The singer and restaurateur Emin Agalarov has opened his fifth restaurant on a roof of an old Moscow manor. When the weather is warm, the ceiling and the windows can be removed, transforming the place into an open terrace. Rose Bar is decked out like a luxurious yacht with teak floor and glass roof. At night it is a popular pre-party place with DJs, live music and dancing. The cuisine is mostly European, with focus on light appetizers created by the chef Kirill Berger.
