New restaurants
Oyster Bar has opened on the bank of one of the ponds of Gorky Park. Alexei Garber (GHP Group), Julia Rusadze (landscape designer) and Ilya Sokhin (CEO of a fish deli Chetverg) decided to create a cozy place for seafood lovers. The menu features mussels, prawns, lobsters, various fish from the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and a dozen kinds of oysters. All fish and seafood is delivered to Oyster Bar within 48 hours after being caught. The wine list offers a good selection of dry and sparkling wines. Oyster Bar is planning to host culinary classes, wine tastings, after-parties and other kinds of events.
