Chaikhana Kollektsiya

The interior of the new restaurant Chaikhana Kollektsiya combines things from different countries: Venetian glass chandeliers, copper lamps made by Tashkent craftsmen, Arabian carpets and Turkish cushions. The karaoke hall is equipped with professional facilities and big screens. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9pm DJs play soul, folk and new-jazz. The menu offers European and Uzbek dishes, the most popular ones are salmon ceviche with orange, grapefruit and figs, crispy cabbage schnitzel with honey and beetroot sauce, caikhansky pilaf with mutton and Moroccan tajin. The tea list is extensive and varied.
