Brix II

The second Brix has opened on Pyatnitskaya Street. The wine bar occupies a former Soviet printing office. The interior is strictly Scandinavian, with high ceiling, huge windows and creative chandeliers looking like crystalline grids. The chef Aleksandr Kolbyshev added several new dishes to the first Brix’s menu. The former sommelier of Maxim Bar and Nedalny Vostok Ilya Gostyaev is in charge of wine. In September the new Brix will have another hall for 10-15 people. And the last thing: the new place is completely non-smoking.
