New restaurants
The new opening of Ginza Project is called DoubleDutch. The creators describe the restaurant as something close to an apartment of a young man who likes traveling and appreciates good and healthy food. Somebody arranged a kitchen garden on the window sills and cultivates wild strawberries, basil, tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley. Upstairs there is a big open kitchen – it is a co-working space that any guest can use. The head chef is William Lamberti. The most advisable dishes are crispy flatbread with goat cheese crème and grilled artichokes (340 rubles), the salad with beans and pork brisket (300 rubles), tomato and cheese lasagna with pesto sauce and honey cake with slices of banana (220 rubles).
