Menza Novy Arbat

Menza has opened the sixth outlet on Novy Arbat. The design and the food add nothing new to the chain’s concept. The focus of the menu is home-made noodles: udon, soba, ramen, harusame and noodles colored in red, black, orange and green with beetroot and carrot juices, spinach and cuttlefish ink. There are several kinds of sauces and ingredients to add to the chosen noodles – prawns, mussels, mushrooms, vegetables, rabbit with curry, Peking duck, etc. For those who don’t like noodles there are sushi, teppan and wok dishes.
