Bifshteks

The mansion on Bolshaya Nikitskaya, where the restaurant Vatrushka is located, now has another venue named Bifshteks. The concept is very typical for Moscow – heavy leather sofas, aged mirrors, obliging waiters and high prices. The only outstanding thing is the head chef Dmitry Shurshakov, well-known for his creativity. The highlights of the menu are beefsteaks and tartars. Other popular items are crab shawarma, burger with mango and foie gras and prawns with apple sorbet. The most interesting desserts of the famous chef are panna cotta of black sesame with pumpkin puree and celery crème brulee with cocoa.
