New restaurants
The new café Zupperia is a co-project of the three well-known chefs: Uilliam Lamberti (Uilliam’s), Glen Ballis (Nedalny Vostok) and Aleksandr Oganezov (Mi Piace, Chaikhona No1). The concept of the new place is very simple: they serve only soups, salads and bruschettas. The café is very small and most of the orders are packed to go. The menu is written on a blackboard and features gazpacho (300 rubles), pumpkin soup (250 rubles), fish soup (300 rubles) and classic salads, like Nicoise (300 rubles) or Greek salad (250 rubles). Bruschettas with baked vegetables (200 rubles), with mushrooms and Brie cheese (300 rubles) and with salmon and artichokes (350 rubles) are absolutely worth trying.
